Disclaimer and Risk Notice Before downloading, cloning, invoking, running, exporting, connecting to hardware, deploying or otherwise using any application, model, code, workflow, dataset, configuration file, documentation, output or related content available on this Platform (collectively, the “Content”), please read the following carefully:

1. Provided “AS IS”

Unless SenseCraft expressly states otherwise in writing, community content, third-party content and most open or shared official content on the Platform are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any express, implied or statutory representations, warranties or conditions, including regarding availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, security, absence of errors, absence of malicious code, non-infringement or suitability for your needs.

2. Third-Party and Community Content

The Platform may host, display, distribute or link to content provided by third-party developers, publishers or community contributors. Unless expressly stated otherwise by SenseCraft in writing, SenseCraft is not the developer, co-author, endorser, certifier or guarantor of such content and does not comprehensively or continuously review, test or certify all such content. The original author, publisher or rights holder of the relevant content remains responsible for that content, and you assume the risk of using it.

3. AI Output Risk

AI models, algorithms, workflows and outputs may contain errors, omissions, hallucinations, bias, instability, incompleteness, infringement risks, safety risks, compliance issues or other defects, and may be unsuitable for specific scenarios. Outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, engineering, safety, compliance or other professional advice and must not be treated as the sole basis for any decision. You must independently evaluate, verify and, where appropriate, obtain human review before relying on, publishing, deploying or otherwise using any output.

4. Deployment and Hardware Risk

Downloading, cloning, installing, exporting, connecting to hardware, controlling devices, interacting with sensors, automated execution and real-world deployment may result in device malfunction, data corruption, cybersecurity incidents, business interruption, personal injury or property damage. Before deploying any Content to a real device, production environment or end users, you must independently perform adequate compatibility review, safety testing, sandbox validation, fail-safe design, human supervision and ongoing monitoring.

5. No High-Risk Use

Unless expressly approved by SenseCraft in writing, Content on the Platform must not be used in medical, emergency, life-support, autonomous driving, aviation, aerospace, industrial control, critical infrastructure, weapons-related or other high-risk scenarios, and must not be used as the sole basis for any decision, control or action that could result in death, personal injury, significant property damage, environmental harm or major compliance consequences.

6. User Responsibility and Labeling Obligations

You are responsible for ensuring that your download, use, copying, modification, training, deployment, distribution and use of outputs comply with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, industry standards, contractual obligations, license terms and third-party rights. For AI-generated or synthetic content, you must comply with all labeling, declaration, watermark, metadata and related platform rules, and you must not delete, alter, forge, conceal or bypass any such labels or traceability information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SenseCraft and the original authors, publishers or other rights holders of relevant content shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to, download, cloning, installation, modification, training, fine-tuning, deployment, operation, invocation, reliance on outputs from, connection to hardware with, or inability to use such Content, including without limitation data loss, device failure, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill or third-party claims.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
